How to get Aadhaar?

myself and my family members are in need of AADHAAR CARDS WE ARE RESIDING IN MADHAPUR HYDERABAD A.P PLZ GUIDE ME IN THIS REGARD

I have downloaded the aadhar application form . But where to submit this form i don’t know .
I am residing at aliabad hyderabad andhrapradesh and assembly constituency is Bahadurpura.
