I am Apply for Aadhar Card on 7th month, Till now i don’t get recived aadhar Card.
So tel me what’s the maximum time of Reciving. Telme the Validity of aadhar Card Validity

My wife is mentally challenged person & she don’t any have phot ID proof except Photo ID medical cerificate issued by district medical officer regarding her mental health. Also I have ration card in which her name is appearing. I apporoached one of the enrolment centre but they refused to accept the above said photo ID proof. Now, how shall I get ADHAAR for her?

I am from Manipur and presently I stay in Delhi. So can I apply for Aadhar enrollment in Delhi? Or do I need to apply from Manipur itself? The nearest centre that I can approach is Pusp Vihar, New Delhi. Kindly suggest.
