Central Identities Data Repository

CIDR

The CIDR will be the central data repository, and will function as a Managed Service Provider. It will implement the core services around the UID – it will store resident records, issue unique identification numbers,and verify, authenticate and amend resident data.

The CIDR will only hold the minimum information required to identify the resident and ensure no duplicates. This will include:

  • Unique Identity Number
  • Unique ID agencies
  • Setting standards on demographic data and biometrics

    i have registered for uid. in my family one uid received its back side page instructions shows
    To establish identity, authenticate online

    I would like to enroll for the UID card. I am not aware of What is the process to apply for it? In addition, I want to know that wheather I can enroll for UID card from any part of India. I have been in Delhi for more than 2 years and working in a MNC company. Also let me know the pre-requisite documents required to make it. When your team will start the drive in Delhi and Bihar?

    INDIA HAS A POPULATION OF 100+ CRORE POPULATION.

    I have enrolled for the Aadhaar card on 14 May 2011. When I check, on 25 May, for the status by providing the necesary details, the reply received is “Not Found”. Do not know how long it will take for the data & status to get uploaded/updated on the web.

    example: I taken Aadhaar card can i get ration items through this card and i don’t have the election ID card will get through the election ID card,

    After submitting form when will get the Aadhaar ID card?.

    I am resident of Sripuri Colony, Kakaguda, (Near Karkhana Bus Stop) Secunderabad 50015. I am a pensioner drawing >Rs 5 Lakhs pa. My Household Card No. is PAP 167887001044 and FP Shop No. is 870.

    I have just downloaded the AADHAR Enrolment form. What should I do next to obtain Aadhar Card?

    Who is the Enrolment Agency for me to contact? Your website agency Sudhir Nanduri states he is not.

    Why are the Agents not visiting our house and contacting us for registering us for AADHAR despite our being registered by the State Govt Ageny of Dept. of Supplies (DE&S Hyderabad) with the above Householder Card clearly indicating our Res. address?

    Can we avoid standing in long queues for hours together for submitting our Enrolment Form and Reistration as Senior Citizen/infirm person?

    Is there any last date for submitting the application form?
